Wobei zu sagen ist, japanische Personalpolitik hat aus un serer Sicht nicht nur positive Seiten. Vieles kann aufgrund der unterschiedlichen kulturellen Besonderheiten gar nicht bei uns eingefhrt werden oder sollte zumindest nicht, wenn ich z.B. an das bliche Seniorittsprinzip denke, wonach nicht Leistung, sondern einfach nur Dienstjahre fr die Be frderung und auch hinsichtlich des Gehaltes zhlen. Aber ber einige Aspekte lohnt sich das Nachdenken schon einmal.
