Anhand eines mehrstufigen Reifegradmodells dient SPICE zur Bewertung und Verbesserung von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen. Zum Verstndnis werden zuerst die Grundlagen von SPICE durch die Auswertung verschiedener Literaturquellen erarbeitet. Darauf folgend werden die Six Sigma Methode und das Balanced Scorecard Kennzahlensystem umfassend beschrieben. Anschlieend wird die Zusammenarbeit von Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard und SPICE analysiert und die Six Sigma Methode und das Balanced Scorecard Kennzahlensystem in das Assessment Modell von SPICE integriert. +++ Abstract: This paper examines how the qualitybased method Six Sigma and the strategic measurement system Balanced Scorecard can support the international standard ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE). On the basis of a capability maturity model provided SPICE the assessment and improvement of software development processes. By the evaluation of different literature sources are initially the basics of SPICE represented. Following the Six Sigma method and the Balanced Scorecard measurement system are comprehensively described. Finally the cooperation of Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard and SPICE will be analyzed and the Six Sigma method and the Balanced Scorecard measurement system will be integrated into the assessment model of SPICE.
