Die Autoren untersuchen die Voraussetzungen fr eine erfolgreiche Vergabestrategie bei Groprojekten. Zunchst analysieren sie die Risiken fr die am Bau Beteiligten und stellen Varianten dar, wie Planungs und Bauleistungen zu vergeben sind. Danach werden die Mglichkeiten und Grenzen von in jngerer Zeit in Mode gekommenen Vergabemodellen, insbesondere die Vergabe mit Garantiertem Maximalpreis bzw. die Beauftragung von Construction Managern, diskutiert. Hierauf und auf einer Analyse der typischen Struktur eines (groen) Bauprojekts aufbauend, wird ein Vergabemodell entwickelt, das einerseits den Risiken der Baubeteiligten Rechnung trgt, andererseits dem Bauherrn die erforderliche Flexibilitt belsst. So kann er in einem kompetitiven Umfeld ein seinen Vorstellungen bezglich Kosten, Qualitten und Terminen entsprechendes Bauvorhaben realisieren.
