The CDROM includes video presentations on ethical, multicultural, and wellness issues, as well as flashcard summaries of each chapter, interactive exercises for skill practice and mastery, practice quizzes, a downloadable portfolio, and Web links. The CDROM is also packaged with an access card for InfoTrac College Edition and the Helping Professions Learning Center.To complement these additional resources, the CDROM also contains InfoTrac College Edition exercises as well as an InfoTrac College Edition User Guide.
