This thesis set out with the goal of undertaking an investigation and evaluation of the Estonian Business School's organisation of studies and infrastructure through the feedback of several international students. This was deemed to be a suitable method of investigation as it allows EBS to set benchmarks, and evaluate the quality of education provided in an international context. The opinions of the international students were gathered through personal interviews or focus group interviews with the author, as well as feedback collected by the school's Vice Rector of International Relations also using the focus group method. Several important points were evident after evaluation of these responses. Overall this thesis discovered both positive and negative aspects in the feedback of international students. It also concluded that it is important to take these aspects into consideration, as they can have a great influence on EBS's strategic development, by setting standards and improving the reputation of the school. The research used for this thesis gave a lot of information, which can be used as an input for the future strategic development of the Estonian Business School.
