So konstatieren Morley und Heraty: To date, there has been a dearth of research on the role of international assignees in the international knowledge transfer process, and the authors suggest that this has the potential to be a very fruitful line of inquiry, particularly when it is allied with a stickiness factorsbased theoretical framework of international knowledge transfer."
