In der deutschen Industrie kann zwar ein Anstieg der Auftragseingnge verzeichnet werden, jedoch fielen die Umstze im Juli 2009 erneut. Wie das Statistische Bundesamt berichtet, konnte im Verarbeitenden Gewerbe noch im Juni 2009 1,1 Prozent mehr Umsatz verbuchet werden als im Folgemonat Juli. Arbeitstglich und preisbereinigt ging der Umsatz gegenber dem Vorjahresmonat um 16,7 Prozent zurck nachdem der Volumenindex des Umsatzes im Monat Juni ein Minus von 19,8 Prozent anzeigte. Der Umsatz im Inland ist um 14,6 Prozent gesunken, whrend der Auslandsumsatz um 19 Prozent einbrach.1 Fr viele Unternehmen bedeutet der Konjunktureinbruch zunehmend das finanzielle Aus, im ersten Halbjahr dieses Jahres meldeten rund 16.000 Unternehmen Insolvenz an, dies sind etwa 15 Prozent mehr als im Vergleichszeitraum des Vorjahres. Als Ursache fr die zunehmende Zahl der zahlungsunfhigen Firmen [...]nennen [.] Experten Engpsse bei der Finanzierung und der Liquiditt sowie die sehr schlechte Auftragslage.'2 Mit den zunehmenden Bankrotterklrungen, steigt gleichzeitig die Zahl der Arbeitslosen, was im August 2009 zu einem Anstieg von fast 9 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahresmonat gefhrt hat.3 Aber auch das Institut fr Arbeitsmarkt und Berufsforschung (IAB) prognostiziert trbe Aussichten fr den Arbeitsmarkt. Im Laufe des Jahres 2009 soll die Arbeitslosenzahl weiterhin sprbar ansteigen.4 Vor diesem Hintergrund wird es ersichtlich, dass die Krise und ihre Folgen noch lange nicht berwunden sind, woraus sich auch der eigentliche Anreiz fr die vorliegende Arbeit ergibt.
