Die zunehmende Verschmelzung der klassischen Kommunikationstechnik mit der Informationstechnik, die insbesondere ihren Ausdruck im rasanten Wachstum weltumspannender computergesttzter Netzwerksysteme findet, wird von vielen Fachleuten als genauso revolutionr angesehen wie die Erfindung des PC oder des Telefons. Im Zuge dieser Entwicklungen entstand mit dem Internet respektive Intranet ein neues Kommunikationsmedium, welches sowohl die Gesellschaftsstruktur als auch die Wirtschaftsstruktur mageblich beeinflut. Zuknftig wird es fr ein Unternehmen immer mehr darauf ankommen, diese Technologien so in vorhandene Geschftsprozesse zu integrieren, da sie die Erzielung und Erhaltung von Wettbewerbsvorteilen ermglichen. Zielsetzung dieser Arbeit ist die Analyse der Gestaltung vertikaler HerstellerHandelsEndabnehmerBeziehungen mittels moderner Netzwerkkonzepte. Dabei wird vor allem der Einsatz der Internet respektive IntranetTechnologie einer genaueren Betrachtung unterzogen.
