This book is okay for understanding basics in human factors. I liked some chapters, but I found a lack of practical examples. It feels more theoretical than I had hoped. Still, it's a solid introduction if you need a starting point.

I was really looking forward to this book, but it showed up with a torn cover and some pages were bent. I don't think I can use it for my studies now. Really disappointing for the price I paid.

Great resource for learning ergonomics!
I recently picked up 'Introduction to Human Factors and Ergonomics' for my college course, and it's been super helpful. The real-world examples really clarify the concepts, and the layout makes it easy to follow. Definitely a must-have if you're diving into this field!
