Fr die Vorstellung von Aktieninvestmentfonds wurden Fonds ausgewhlt, die sich in den letzten fnf Jahren am besten im Vergleich zu ihrer Benchmark behauptet haben. Im nchsten Punkt wird die PerformanceMessung fr Investmentfonds behandelt und beurteilt. Aus aktuellem Anlass beschftigt sich der Gliederungspunkt 7 mit der Zulassung von HedgeFonds. Zunchst wird auf die Herkunft des Begriffes eingegangen. Im weiteren werden das Wesen und die Kosten, die sich von herkmmlichen Investmentfondsanlagen gravierend unterscheiden, definiert. Schlielich werden Strategien um HedgeFonds hnliche Anlageprodukte auf dem deutschen Markt unter Umgehung des deutschen Rechts zu vertreiben aufgezeigt und deren Konsequenzen aufgefhrt. In einem Fazit wird der schlechte Ruf der HedgeFonds und ihre Auswirkung auf den deutschen Markt behandelt.
