In 2009 He Won The Board Of Trustees Teaching Award For The Four Universities In The Connecticut State University System. He Received His Ph.D. In The History Of American Foreign Relations From The Ohio State University, Where He Was Also The Founding Director Of The Harvey Goldberg Program For Excellence In Teaching. He Was A Visiting Fellow At The Clinton Institute For American Studies At University College, Dublin, And Is Currently The Director Of Secondary Education For The Society For Historians Of American Foreign Relations
