This book, 'Ireland Before the Famine', really opened my eyes to the life and culture back then. The illustrations are stunning, and the stories are so vivid. I bought it for my dad, who’s a history buff, and he can’t put it down!

Good Read but Lacked Depth
I enjoyed 'Ireland Before the Famine', but I felt like some sections could have gone deeper into the societal issues. It’s a good overview, just not as detailed as I hoped. Still worth a read if you’re interested in Irish history!

Disappointed with the Packaging
Received 'Ireland Before the Famine', but the book arrived with a dented cover. It’s a shame because the content seems really interesting. I’ll be contacting customer service for a replacement. Hoping the new one is in perfect condition!
