I recently tried out the Italian Baking Secrets book and I loved it! The tips for making rustic bread are fantastic. I baked a few loaves over the weekend and they turned out so good that my family devoured them in no time!

Good for Beginners, But Lacks Depth
This book has some solid recipes for Italian baking but I found it a bit basic. The instructions are easy to follow, making it great for beginners. Still, I wish it had more advanced techniques for experienced bakers like me.

Not What I Expected
I was really looking forward to this book, but it didn’t meet my expectations at all. Some recipes didn't work out, and the layout felt cluttered. I was hoping for something a bit more polished.
