Italians to America is the first indexed reference work devoted to Italian immigrants to the United States. I was really looking forward to this passenger list volume, but it arrived with some pages crumpled and the cover slightly damaged. The content itself is interesting, but the state it came in was a letdown. I expected better for the price.

A goldmine for genealogists!
I got this volume of passenger lists from Italians to America and it’s a treasure for my family history research. The details from November 1900 to April 1901 are incredibly helpful for tracing my ancestors' journey. It’s easy to navigate through the names and dates. Would definitely recommend it to anyone into genealogy!

Great resource but missing some details
I purchased this book for historical research, and while it offers a good glimpse into arrivals from Italy, I was hoping for more detailed passenger info. It’s still a decent volume and useful for getting a broad view, but don’t expect every name to have extensive notes.

Interesting but hard to read sometimes
This volume contains a lot of info but I found some pages a bit hard to read due to the print quality. Still, it’s packed with valuable data about passengers arriving at U.S. ports in that period. Just be prepared to squint a little!

As an avid collector of historical documents, this volume has been a fantastic addition. The lists from 1900-1901 are well-organized, making it easy to find names. The quality is solid, and it’s amazing to see the stories of those who arrived. Highly recommend for history buffs!
