We love this book! My son is obsessed with anything fruity and flying, so this is right up his alley. The level 3 reading is just right for him, and he felt proud reading it all by himself!

Not as good as I hoped
I expected a bit more from a classic title. The penguin didn’t play as big a role as I thought it would. My daughter liked it, but I doubt she’ll read it again. It’s okay, just not memorable.

I picked this up for my daughter who’s just getting into reading chapter books. The illustrations are bright and fun, and the story is whimsical. She loved the flying fruit and the adventure, and it kept her hooked till the end!
