Working since the early 1970s, Peruvian photographer Javier Silva Meinal (born 1949) documents the indigenous populations of Peru, in both the Andes and the Amazon regions. This PHotoBolsillo introduction compiles a selection of Meinels most iconic blackandwhite portraits.
