Useful but Somewhat Overwhelming
The book has a ton of information, which is great, but sometimes it feels like too much at once. I'm a beginner, and while I can see the value, I find myself overwhelmed with all the exercises. Maybe a simpler approach at first would be better.

While I appreciate the methodology in this book, I wish there were more practical examples. It goes into deep theory, which is helpful, but sometimes I just want to see how it applies in real-life scenarios. Still a decent read, though.

I bought this book thinking it would be more about improvisation techniques, but it leans heavily on theory. It’s not bad, but it’s not what I was looking for as a saxophonist wanting to play more freely. I’m a bit disappointed.
