The book has some funny moments and a lot of enthusiasm, but the content can feel a bit scattered. I wanted more specific examples and exercises to follow along with. It’s okay for light reading but not much more.

I thought this would have more structured lessons. It's quite casual and feels more like a chat than a guide. I didn't find it very useful for serious joke writing, unfortunately. Maybe it’s better for complete newbies?

A fun read, but some parts felt rushed
I enjoyed parts of this book, especially the anecdotes, but I think the sections on joke structure could be more detailed. It's a good start for beginners, but I was left wanting a bit more depth in some areas. Still, it’s a decent buy!
