Zu den veranderten Lebensbedingungen, die zunachst nur stichwortartig be nannt, spliter dann im einzelnen sozialstrukturell und alltagsphanomenologisch analysiert und ausgefachert werden sollen, gehoren vor allem folgende Ent wicklungsprozesse: Entrliumlichung, Beschleunigung, Technisierung und Automatisierung des Alltags, wachsende Partikularisierung von Lebensberei chen, neue Zeit und Lebensrhythmen durch Mobilitlitsanforderungen, Ver kurzung der Arbeitszeiten, Zunahme der Freizeit, aber auch Zeitnot, Hektik und StreB, wachsende Verkehrs und Kommunikationsdichte, Entsinnlichung, Expansion und Differenzierung der Waren und Konsummlirkte, Mediatisie rung, Verwissenschaftlichung und Kommerzialisierung von Alltagserfahrun gen, Entinstitutionalisierung von Lebenslaufubergangen, Enttraditionalisie rung und Entkonventionalisierung von Werten, Normen und Lebensmilieus, Aufweichung traditioneller soziokultureller Kollektive, Fragilitlit der sozialen Beziehungen, pluralisierte und individualisierte Lebensformen u. v. m. Der Individualisierung und dam it auch der Pluralisierung und Differenzie rung von Lebensbedingungen, Lebenslagen, Lebensformen und Lebensstilen wird am ehesten ein anschauliches Forschungsdesign gerecht, das zu Beginn des Forschungsprozesses mit moglichst unvoreingenommenen sogenannten "sensitizing concepts" in das Untersuchungsfeld eintaucht, urn zunachst ohne fixiertes Konzept, aber "hellwach" und "mehrdimensional" auf induktivem Wege eine dem Gegenstand angemessene Theorie und Hypothesenbildung binnenperspektivisch verstehend erschlieBt. Eine solche alltagsweltorientierte, mit (auto)biographischen, soziographischen, ethnographischen und herme neutischen Methoden ausgestattete qualitative Vorgehensweise interessiert sich auf der einen Seite fur die subjektiven AuBerungen, Selbstdeutungen, Interpretationen und Selbstzeugnisse der Heranwachsenden.
