Randstndig deshalb, da regelmig die TterInnen in das Zentrum der Aufmerksamkeit gerckt werden. Im ersten Teil soll hierzu auf die Viktimologie, der Wissenschaft, die sich mit der Opferperspektive beschftigt, eingegangen werden. Hierzu werden verschiedene Opferbegriffe erwhnt und festgelegt, welches Begriffsverstndnis fr diese Arbeit relevant ist. Hiernach folgt ein Einblick in wesentliche viktimologische Fragestellungen, die im Verlauf der Arbeit am speziellen Beispiel wieder aufgegriffen werden. Weiterhin beschftigt sich das Kapitel mit der theoretischen Betrachtung der Frage, warum jemand berhaupt ein Viktimisierungsrisiko hat. Hierzu werden vier der relevanten Theorien kurz vorgestellt. Das Kapitel schliet Ausfhrungen bezglich der drei Stufen, in denen Viktimisierung erfolgt, ab. Der zweite Teil stellt zunchst allgemeine kriminalstatistische Befunde bezglich der Viktimisierung von Jugendlichen dar. Es zeigt sich, dass neben familirer Gewalt, die meistens im Dunkelfeld verbleibt, ein Groteil jugendlicher Opfer durch Tter derselben Altersgruppe viktimisiert werden. Ein gut untersuchtes Gebiet stellt hier die schulische Gewalt' dar. Anhand von verschiedenen empirischen Studien wird im folgenden viktimologischen Aspekten am Beispiel der PeerViktimisierung an Schulen nachgegangen. Hierzu erfolgt ein Rckgriff auf die im ersten Teil allgemein aufgezeigten Fragestellungen der Viktimologie. Im dritten Teil wird der spezielle Ort der Schule wieder verlassen und die Frage untersucht, inwieweit jugendliche Kriminalittsopfer sozialpdagogische Betreuung bentigen und ob berhaupt adquate Angebote in der Beratungs / Betreuungslandschaft vorhanden sind.
