About the Author Professor Dr. Frederic Fredersdorf leitet den Forschungsschwerpunkt Gesellschaftliche und sozialwirtschaftliche Entwicklung an der FH Vorarlberg und lehrt dort in sozialarbeiterischen Studiengngen. Dr. Michael Himmer leitet den Studiengang Soziale Arbeit an der FH Vorarlberg und lehrt an verschiedenen Fachhochschulen mit den Schwerpunkten Europische Sozialpolitik und Sozialmanagement.
