Das Kapitel Eins beschftigt dich einleitend mit der Beschreibung und der Bedeutung des strategischen Managements und der Kernkompetenzen allgemein. Unter 1.3 wird genauer differenziert in Basis und Metakompetenzen, um die Komplexitt des KernkompetenzManagements aufzugreifen. Der Schwerpunkt der Arbeit bildet das Kapitel zwei. Dort wird nun detailliert das KernkompetenzManagement und der KernkompetenzProzesse anhand der einzelnen Aufgaben dargestellt und der Zusammenhang zum strategischen Management herausgearbeitet. Die Aufgaben sind in der Gliederung nicht separat angezeigt, sondern im Text hervorgehoben. Abschlieend wird dort die Rolle des Wissensmanagement erlutert. Das Kapitel drei beschftigt sich mit dem KernkompetenzControlling, um das Thema abzurunden. Anhand des roten Fadens beendet das Kapitel Vier das Thema des KernkompetenzManagements. Es sollen also folgende Fragen im Laufe der Hausarbeit geklrt werden: Was ist strategisches Management? Was sind Kernkompetenzen und Kernprozesse? Was ist de Bedeutung von Wissensmanagement? Was heit KernkompetenzControlling? Wie erfolgt die Umsetzung des KernkompetenzManagements? Diese Hauarbeit ist in groen Teilen an die Literatur von Prof. Dr. Wilfried Krger und Christian Homp KernkompetenzManagement Steigerung von Flexibilitt und Schlagkraft im Wettbewerb' orientiert. Krger und Homp haben sich ausfhrlich mit dem Thema Kernkompetenzen befasst und werden von zahlreichen anderen ManagementAutoren zitiert. So ist die Auswahl anderer Literaturquellen sehr eingeschrnkt.
