Product Description In Deutschland leben etwas 22.000 Kinder und Jugendliche mit einer lebensverkrzenden Erkrankung, von denen jhrlich etwa 1.500 sterben. Die Kinderhospizarbeit hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, Familien, in denen diese Kinder leben, vom Zeitpunkt der Diagnose bis ber den Tod hinaus zu begleiten und zu untersttzen. Hierfr stehen aktuell zehn stationre Kinderhospize, zwei Jugendhospize sowie 73 ambulante Kinderhospizdienste zur Verfgung. In Kooperation mit dem Deutschen Kinderhospizverein e.V. hat ein Forscher/innenteam der Hochschule fr angewandte Wissenschaft und Kunst (HAWK) in Holzminden ber einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren erstmalig die Qualitt dieser Angebote untersucht.
