Der Autor sucht die rechtliche Lsung dabei vor allem im Grundrecht der Glaubens und Gewissensfreiheit. Sein Ergebnis knnte dem Staat und der Kirche einen Ansatz fr die Beilegung dieses gesellschaftlichen und politischen Konflikts weisen.
