Zur dadurch klar stellbaren Frage nach dem Kirchenordnungsverstndnis des Kanonisten P. Huizing kommt dessen bisher kaum beachtete allgemein rechtstheologische KirchenordnungsKonzeption in vier signifikanten Themen: sakramentale Rechtsstruktur, gttliches Recht, Enttheologisierung des Kirchenrechts, HuizingJ. KleinBeziehung, zur kritisch gewrdigten Darstellung. Der Weiterfhrung Huizing's liegen die Analogieregeln von G. Shngen als hermeneutisches und kumenisches Erkenntnisprinzip zugrunde. Auf dieser Grundlage wird erstmals ein angemessen dreifachtiefengestufter rechtstheologischer Ansatz bei J.S. Drey (FunotenExkurs) und bei J. Klein kenntlich gemacht, der spezifische Glaubensbezug des zeitgemen Modells der autonomen Moral im christlichen Kontext (A. Auer) zur unverkrzt glaubens und vernunftgemen Kirchenrechts und Jurisdiktionslegitimation erschlossen und derart das rechtstheologischrezeptive Nach ins zeitgem innovative Vordenken geweitet.
