Honestly, I was pretty let down by this book. I was expecting more insightful stories, but it felt like it was just a lot of rambling. Some of the tales seemed exaggerated and not very relatable. Probably wouldn’t buy it again.

Interesting Read, But Some Parts Dragged
I enjoyed Kitchen Confidential, especially the behind-the-scenes look at restaurant life, but I felt a few sections were a bit lengthy. It’s a good read for anyone curious about the food industry, just be ready for some slower parts. Still worth picking up!
