Die IntegrinRGDWechselwirkungen nehmen eine Schlsselrolle in der ZellZell und ZellMatrixAdhsion ein. Fehlfunktionen in diesem Erkennungssystem knnen zu schweren pathologischen Prozessen, wie z.B. tumorinduzierter Angiogenese, fhren. Therapieanstze beschrnken sich bis heute auf die Entwicklung von Integrinantagonisten, die diese Wechselwirkungen inhibieren. Ein Problem dieser Inhibitoren ist jedoch, dass auch sie intrazellulre Signalwege induzieren knnen. Die Entwicklung kleiner knstlicher Rezeptormolekle als IntegrinMimetika knnte eine neuartige Therapie hervorbringen, indem das entsprechende RGDProtein mit dem knstlichen Rezeptormolekl verkappt wird und so die RGDIntegrin Wechselwirkung unterbindet. Einfhrend wird in dieser Arbeit ein berblick in die Thematik und den aktuellen Stand der Forschung gegeben. Nachfolgend wird die Entwicklung von neuen ditopischen knstlichen RGDRezeptormoleklen beschrieben. Dabei wird neben der organischen Synthese der Rezeptormolekle, das Molecular Modelling und die Testung dieser Rezeptormolekle gegenber verschiedenen RGDtragenden Peptiden mit Hilfe von physikalischorganischen Untersuchungsmethoden beschrieben.
