Hier und dort herrseht aueh heute noeh die Vorstellung, das Neugeborene und der junge Saugling hatten ein derart unentwiekeltes Sehmerzempfinden, daB eine regel reehte Anasthesie kaum notig sei. Die Herausgeber des Buehleins und die Autoren der Beitrage hoffen, mit dieser Bestandsaufnahme einen Beitrag zur Fortent wieklung der ausgewogenen Kombinationsnarkose fUr aIle AI tersstufen des Kindesalters leisten zu konnen.
