Trotz immer strkerer Verbreitung von Informations und Kommunikationstechnologien in Unternehmen liegen kaum Erkenntnisse darber vor, wie sich ihr Einsatz auf Fhrungsprozesse auswirkt. Vor dem Hintergrund der Principal Agent Problematik wird in der Arbeit ein integriertes IuKgesttztes Fhrungssystem entwickelt. Zu diesem Zweck werden die Kommunikationsprozesse zwischen Fhrungskraft und Mitarbeiter im Zuge der Zielvereinbarung analysiert und differenzierte Aussagen ber die Ausgestaltung sowie den Einsatz spezifischer IuKTechnologie getroffen. Mit HRMExperten der SAP AG und der BASF AG werden Chancen und Risiken des IuKEinsatzes im Fhrungsprozess diskutiert. Dabei wird die Frage beantwortet, inwieweit der Einsatz von IuKTechnologien zur Steigerung der Effizienz von Fhrungsprozessen dienen kann.
