Zudem spielt die zuknftige Rcknahmeverpflichtung der Hersteller von Hausgerten bei der Gestaltung eine wichtige Rolle. Die Groe Zahl und Vielfalt der auf dem Markt befindlichen Gerte macht deshalb in Hinsicht auf Recycling und Demontage einen einheitlichen Aufbau knftiger Gerte notwendig. Bei der Demontage sollte dabei die Rckgewinnung funktionsfhiger Baugruppen zur Wiederverwendung als Hauptkriterium gelten. Aus diesem Grunde ist es ratsam einer zerstrungsfreien Demontage von Hausgerten den Vorrang einzurumen. Sie erleichtert eine Art Kreislauf der Bauteile zwischen Verwendung und Wiederverwendung. Die zerstrungsfreie Demontage stellt dabei an smtliche verwendeten Bauteile hohe, zum Teil neue Anforderungen was die Konstruktion und Haltbarkeit betrifft. Die demontagegerechte Gestaltung von Haushaltsgerten dient nicht nur der Entsorgung, sondern auch zu einem groen Teil der einfacheren Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen. Was nicht zuletzt auch ein frderndes Verkaufsargument auf dem hart umkmpften Markt sein kann. Im Rahmen einer konstruktiven Studienarbeit wird hier der Werdegang der Konstruktion einer demontagegerechten frontbeladenen Waschmaschine widergegeben und dokumentiert. Fr das gesamte Vorgehen wurden stets Richtlinien fr die demontagegerechte Konstruktion angewendet und beachtet.
