Gewohnheiten spielen im Leben eines jeden Menschen eine bedeutende Rolle. Fast alle Entscheidungen sind mehr oder weniger stark von Gewohnheiten geprgt, so da man Gewohnhei ten als wichtige Einflugren sozialer und psychischer Pro zesse bezeichnen kann. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird das Phnomen der Gewohnheit unter dem Aspekt der Entstehung habituellen Kaufverhaltens ana lysiert. Entscheidungsprozesse von Konsumenten bilden die the oretische Bezugsgrundlage, von der aus die Bedingungen habitu ellen Kaufverhaltens abgeleitet werden. Da jedoch die gegen wrtig auf die Informationsverarbeitung von Individuen konzen trierte theoretische Perspektive zur Analyse von Entscheidungen fr die Erklrung habituellen Verhaltens zu eng ist, werden auch verhaltenswissenschaftliche Theorien im Rahmen lernpsychologi scher und soziologischer Forschung explizit mitbercksichtigt. Die Analyse eines komplexen, theoretisch und empirisch noch kaum durchdrungenen Verhaltensphnomens wie dem habituellen Kaufen kann angemessen nicht ohne Untersttzung und ohne Be teiligung anderer Personen durchgefhrt werden.
