Neuropsychologisch bedingte Schwchen in der Wahrnehmungsorganisation bedeuten eine Herausforderung an das sie umgebende, betreuende und behandelnde Umfeld, d.h. vor allem an Eltern, professionelle Erzieher und Therapeuten. Den Defiziten und den daraus resultierenden Folgeerscheinungen wurde lange Zeit zu wenig Beobachtung geschenkt, was hufig zu das ganze Leben hindurchziehenden Belastungen fhrte. Dieses Problem ist nicht ungewhnlich, da viele Menschen unter diesen Strungen leiden. Da die Beeintrchtigungen nicht leicht zu erkennen sind und bislang zu wenig Begriffe, die die Beobachtung htten strukturieren knnen, zur Verfgung standen, erfuhren die davon betroffenen Heranwachsenden bezglich ihrer Schwierigkeit konstitutioneller Genese nur unzureichende Einfhlung, was jedoch fr die gesunde Entwicklung in einer stabilen psychischen Konfiguration unerlsslich wre. Dargestellt werden neben den theoretischen Hintergrnden die Alltagserfahrungen eines Heranwachsenden und die wichtigsten Wahrnehmungsbereiche, die fr Eltern, Lehrer und Therapeuten von Bedeutung sind, da sie eine vitale Rolle im Bereich des sozialen Informationsflusses und im Affektaustausch spielen. Besondere Bercksichtigungen gelten den berlegungen zu Betreuungskonzepten und der Wichtigkeit des mehrdimensionalen Zugangs, um dadurch den Eltern, dem professionellen Pdagogen und dem therapeutischen und sozialpdagogischen Umfeld angemessene Handlungsmglichkeiten zu erffnen. Dr. paed. Eva Rass arbeitete lange Jahre als Schulpdagogin. Nach der Ausbildung zur analytischen Kinder und JugendlichenPsychotherapeutin lie sie sich 1983 mit einer eigenen Praxis nieder. Seit 1993 ist sie Dozentin und Supervisorin und seit 2001 Vorsitzende am Institut fr Analytische Kinder und JugendlichenPsychotherapie in Heidelberg.
