Dabei sind zwei Einsichten besonders wichtig: Einerseits bestehen zwischen den einzelnen BetaRezeptorBlockern durchaus fabare und klinisch bedeutsame Unterschiede wie Intrin sic activity, Betat Prvalenz und Dosisbreite zwischen Betat Anta gonismus und negativ inotroper Wirkung, andererseits haben aber BetaRezeptorenBlocker in adquater Dosierung keine nennens werten direkt negativ inotropen Wirkungen. Auerdem entstehen bei Anwesenheit von Narkotika, soweit sie hier berprft wurden, keine nachteiligen Effekte. Das Verdienst der vorliegenden Arbeit liegt also wesentlich darin, die kontroverse Diskussion um die Wechselwirkung zwischen BetaBlockern und bestimmten, die moderne Narkosetechnik beherrschenden Narko tika ausgerumt zu haben und darber hinaus die Vielzahl von Arzneimittelspezialitten mit betaantagonistischer Wirkung her vorragend differenziert und systematisiert zu haben. In Anbetracht des Gesamtumfanges der Monographie ist es ein Vorteil, da die einzelnen Abschnitte in sich abgeschlossene Pro blemkreise abhandeln und insofern auch gesondert studiert werden knnen.
