Das beinhaltet zweifelsohne eine gute Ausbildung der Gesundheits und Krankenpflegeschlerinnen und schler. Daher sind die Anforderungen an die Lernenden sehr hoch; sie mssen breit und gut ausgebildet werden, um den beruflichen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Infolgedessen sollten sie sptestens am Ende ihrer Ausbildung ber ein groes Wissen verfgen und das bedeutet, dass das Wissen erst einmal erworben werden muss. Dementsprechend erscheint es unabdinglich, dass whrend der Ausbildung viel gelernt werden muss. Die Frage ist nun, ob alle Schlerinnen und Schler selbststndig und ohne Hilfe von Lehrenden diese hohen Lernanforderungen bewltigen knnen. Durch eigene berufliche Erfahrungen als Pflegepdagogin kann ich dies nicht besttigen. Gerade in der Gesundheits und Krankenpflegeschule, die nach dem neuen Gesundheits und Krankenpflegegesetz die Gesamtverantwortung der Ausbildung trgt (vgl. Klie et al 2007, 372) zeigen sich individualisierte Bildungs und Untersttzungsbedarfe der Schlerinnen und der Schler. Auf diese Untersttzungsbedarfe sollte die Schule reagieren.
