Um den Rahmen der Arbeit nicht zu sprengen bzw. deren Umfang auf ein berschaubares Ma zu begrenzen, habe ich den Schwerpunkt bei der Konzeption auf die Faktoren Prozess und Kundenorientierung gelegt. Weitere wichtige Aspekte, wie rechtliche Normen und Vorgaben, finden ihren Platz nur untergeordnet; wenn mglich wurde auf weiterfhrende Literatur zum entsprechenden Thema verwiesen. Bei der Entwicklung, der im wesentlichen als Online ShoppingLsung zu definierenden Anwendung, stand ein funktionaler Aufbau und eine leicht zu bedienende Oberflche im Vordergrund. Auf ein aufwendiges Maskendesign oder Layout wurde verzichtet. Die Arbeit teilt sich im wesentlichen in vier groe Teile auf. Die theoretische Errterung der Problemstellung geht auf wesentliche Hintergrundinformation zum Verstndnis der Motivlage zur Entscheidungsfindung pro OnlineShoppingLsung ein, was auch einen, im Rahmen einer Begriffsbestimmung entwickelten, Definitionsteil von klassischen Begrifflichkeiten des Themas mit einschliet. Das Kapitel Konzeption stellt durch die Definition eines Pflichtenheftes, einer Analyse der relevanten Geschftsprozesse und den Daten und Funktionsmodellen des Vertriebes eine Basis fr die eigentliche Entwicklung zur Verfgung. Das Kapitel Entwicklung schlielich, setzt die Vorgaben der Konzeption um. Die eingesetzten Werkzeuge, wie Entwicklungsumgebung, Programmiersprachen und Datenbank werden dabei genauso vorgestellt, wie das zu integrierende Warenwirtschaftsystem.
