Diese BachelorThesis beschftigt sich mit der Erstellung eines Data Warehouse mit dem Softwarepaket Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 aus den Daten eines SAP ERPSystems. Dies geschieht insbesondere unter Verwendung der Integration Services und Analysis Services. Die Untersuchungen werden anhand der Demonstrationsdaten der IDES AG durchgefhrt, die von SAP zu Schulungszwecken zur Verfgung gestellt werden. Dabei soll gezeigt werden, dass der Aufbau eines Data Warehouse in diesem Fall ohne die Nutzung des SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse mglich ist, welches Bestandteil der SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence Suite ist. Das Data Warehouse soll Aussagen zu ausgewhlten Kennzahlen, beispielsweise zu Umstzen und Absatzmengen, des Vertriebs machen. Als Dimensionen sollen fr ein SAP ERPSystem typische Informationsobjekte wie zum Beispiel Geschftsjahre, Vertriebs oder Geschftsbereiche, Kundengruppen und Buchungskreise dienen.
