Im HandyBereich gab es einen vergleichbaren technischen Fortschritt, und heute gibt es selbst fr Handys in niedriger Preisklasse ein umfassendes Angebot an Spielen jeder Qualitt. Der Markt fr HandySpiele boomt, wie auch die Verkufe von Klingeltnen oder Logos belegen. Bei den PDAs bleibt diese Entwicklung jedoch aus zwar gibt es ein gutes Angebot an verschiedenen Spielen, allerdings sind diese, gemessen an den technischen Mglichkeiten aktueller PDAEndgerte, von niedriger Qualitt und Werbung, Bewertung und Verkufe finden fast ausschlielich ber das Internet ab. Die nachfolgende Arbeit soll den PDASpielemarkt beschreiben und analysieren, Kriterien fr ein erfolgreiches, qualitativ gutes PDASpiel finden und diese dann an einem Beispiel umsetzen. Nur wenige wissenschaftliche Arbeiten beschftigen sich mit dem Thema PDAEntwicklung und keine davon setzt sich mit den speziellen Anforderungen von Spielen auf dieser Plattform auseinander. Diese Arbeit kann fr Entwickler als Leitfaden dienen und kann sowohl auf Konzeptions als auch auf Implementierungsebene helfen, die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen. Der erste Abschnitt beschftigt sich mit der aktuellen Marktlage, dem technischen Umfeld und bringt die Probleme beim Verkauf von PDASpielen auf den Punkt. Im zweiten Abschnitt werden wichtige Anforderungen an PDASpiele herausgearbeitet und, auch im Vergleich mit der Spieleentwicklung fr DesktopPCs, in ein System von Anforderungsebenen eingestuft. Der dritte Abschnitt stellt das Spiel Smartblaster ausgiebig vor und bewertet es nach den in Abschnitt 2 gefunden Kriterien,
