Der Fokus richtet sich hierbei auf zwei unterschiedliche Arbeitsbereiche der Kooperation, die anhand folgender Modellprojekte darstellt werden: Der erste Teil befasst sich mit dem Modellprojekt 'Kooperation Jugendhilfe und Schule: Lehrer/innen beraten Lehrer/innen'. Bei diesem Projekt liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Kooperationsarbeit in der Institution Schule selbst. Das Augenmerk wurde hierbei grtenteils auf den Aufbau, den Ablauf und die Evaluation des Modellprojekts gelegt. In diesem Zusammenhang werden auch die Rahmenbedingungen nher erlutert, unter denen das Projekt entstanden ist. Der zweiten Teil setzt sich mit dem 'Zentrum fr Erziehungshilfe der Stadt Frankfurt am Main' auseinander. Auch hier werden zunchst die Bedingungen erlutert, die das Projekts hervorgerufen haben und anschlieend wird auf das Konzept und der dabei durchgefhrten Zusammenarbeit Bezug genommen. In der Auseinandersetzung mit diesem Modellprojekt entwickelte sich die Frage nach der Berufsidentitt von Sonderschullehrer/innen und Sozialpdagogen/innen zum Kernthema.
