Bei empirischen Untersuchungen zu diesen und ahnlichen Fragen, hat es sich als not wen dig erwiesen, die grundlegenden Zusammenhange zwischen Kosten und Preisen einer emeuten Priifung zu unterziehen, wei, l die preistheoretische Literatur zumeist an Hand von Modellen deduziert, die so sehr vereinfacht sind, daB sie den Bedin gungen, wie sie in der Wirklichkeit anzutreffen sind, nicht mehr ausreichend ent sprechen. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung wird daher groBter Wert auf Wirklich keitsnahe gelegt und dementsprechend auf Vielzweckprodukte, die in mannigfaltiger Leistungsverbundenheit in VielproduktUIliternehmungen erzeugt und auf zahl reichen durch Substitutionskonkurrenz und Nachfrageverbundenheit gekennzeichneten Markten abgesetzt werden, abgestellt. Es wird von Unternehmungen ausgegangen, die iiber viele Perioden hinweg tatig sind, alte durch neue Produkte ersetzen und immer wieder investieren miissen, urn bestehen zu konnen.
