Daher wird er den Kredit nur dann vergeben, wenn die Wahrscheinlichkeit hoch ist, dass dieser nebst Zinsen pnktlich zurckgezahlt wird. Deshalb ist es notwendig, vor der Kreditvergabe eine Kreditwrdigkeitsprfung durchzufhren. Diese ist nach wie vor sehr wichtig, das zeigt die aktuelle Finanz bzw. SubprimeKrise. Auch gab es im 1. Halbjahr 2007 14.100 Unternehmensinsolvenzen und 51.600 Verbraucherinsolvenzen. Zustzlich gilt seit dem 1. Januar 2007 fr Kreditinstitute Basel II, welcher eine bonittsabhngige EigenkapitalHinterlegung fordert. In dieser Arbeit wird zunchst der Begriff der Kreditwrdigkeitsprfung erklrt. Es soll gezeigt werden, welche Arten es gibt und wie die Prfung abluft. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Darstellung der Kreditwrdigkeitsprfung von Unternehmen. Es werden die Bilanzanalyse als traditionelles Verfahren und wichtige moderne Verfahren gezeigt und beurteilt. Den Abschluss bildet die Vorstellung des Ratings, welches diese Verfahren verknpft.
