In der vorliegenden Arbeit einer im Sommersemester 1977 von der Fakultat der Abteilung flir Wirtschaftswissenschaft an der RuhrUniversitat Bochum angenom menen Dissertation versucht Herr Dr. Weinrich, die Auswertung der Jahresab schltisse kreditnehmender Unternehmen dadurch zu verbessern, daB er prognosefa hige Kennzahlensysteme flir die Bildung von Risikoklassen erarbeitet. Mit regelmaBig auf Punktbewertungsverfahren beruhenden Risikoklassen wird im Kreditgeschaft mit den privaten Haushalten, bei gewerblichen Kreditauskunfteien und beim BondRating in den Vereinigten Staaten bereits gearbeitet. Auch hat es seit etwa 20 Jahren in def Wissenschaft nicht an Versuchen gefehlt, die Prognose kraft von Kennziffern im Hinblick auf die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung von Unter nehmen zu verbessern. Derartige Untersuchungen sind aber entweder im Ausland entstanden und beziehen sich auf die dortigen Verhaltnisse oder sie sttitzen sich auf die lahresabschliisse pubJizWitspflichtiger GroBunternehmen.
