Product DescriptionIm Rahmen der FordismusDiskussion wird die krisenhafte Entwicklung der westlichen Industriegesellschaften in den spten 60er bzw. frhen 70er Jahren diskutiert. Hiervon ausgehend wird die Anpassung an vernderte Markt sowie Produktionsbedingungen und der Strukturwandel industrieller Produktionsprozesse untersucht. Hierbei steht die Frage einer Flexibilisierung der Produktionsstrukturen und einer Requalifizierung der Beschftigten im Zentrum. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird die deutsche Textil und Bekleidungsindustrie empirisch untersucht. Die Branchenstudie zeigt, da die Krise nicht monokausal erklrt werden kann. Die Anpassung verlief in der Textil und Bekleidungsindustrie trotz der vllig unterschiedlichen technischstofflichen Struktur des Produktionsprozesses hnlich. Eine Flexibilisierung des Produktionsapparates wurde ohne eine umfassende Requalifizierung der Beschftigten erreicht.About the AuthorDer Autor: Peter Mhleck wurde 1960 in Erlangen geboren. Er studierte Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der Technischen Hochschule Darmstadt. Seit seiner Promotion arbeitet er als Mitarbeiter einer Unternehmensberatung fr die Textilindustrie in Zrich.
