Um diesem Problem wirksam entgegentreten zu knnen, ist es das Ziel der Pikanteria", basierend auf Kundeninformationen, herauszuarbeiten, mit welchen Ansatzpunkten und Verbesserungsmanahmen diese wirtschaftlichen Schwierigkeiten gelst werden knnen. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Arbeit besteht darin, eine Kundenbefragung fr die Pikanteria" mithilfe eines selbsterstellten Fragebogens durchzufhren. Sie soll Anforderungen und Problemfelder aus Sicht der Kunden ermitteln und der Pikanteria" zur Entscheidung bentigte Informationen zur Verfgung stellen. Dazu ist die Arbeit in zwei Komplexe aufgeteilt: Im 1.Teil werden die Erstellung des Fragebogens und alle damit verbundenen Entscheidungen beschrieben. Da das Marketinginstrument Fragebogen sowie die Stichprobe von 400 Probanden vorgegeben waren, wurden die hier zu fllenden Entscheidungen nicht nher begrndet. Darstellung und Interpretation der Befragungsergebnisse erfolgen im 2.Teil der Arbeit.
