So ist es kein Wun der, daB die kundenorientierte Sprache auf der Strecke bleibt, wenn Zeit druck und Sorglosigkeit hinzukommen. Oer Oiktant weij3 in der Regel, was er meint, kann sieh aber oft nur schwer in die Lage des Laien (Bausparers) versetzen. Oer BausparkassenSpezialist vergiBt allzuleicht, daB seine Fach sprache den Bausparer Oberfordert. Auch kann der Oiktant im Laufe der Jahre etwas betriebsblind werden, so daB ihm der Blick fOr unfreiwillige Komik und auch dafOr verlorengeht, wie sein Brief beim Empfanger 'an kommt'. Oer Text mag sachlich noch so riehtig sein, er kann kaum die gewOnschte Reaktion hervorrufen, wenn der Bausparer ihn nieht versteht.
