El objetivo general del trabajo, es establecer un Programa de Capacitacin que contribuya a la implementacin de las Biotecnologas Hechas a la Medida (BHM), en el sector cooperativo. La investigacin se desarroll en las modalidades productivas, de Huertos Intensivos (12) y Organopnicos (dos), de las seis Cooperativas de Crdito y Servicios (CCS), pertenecientes a la Asociacin Nacional de Agricultores Pequeos (ANAP), de la Ciudad de Santiago de las Vegas, Municipio Boyeros, La Habana, Cuba. A travs del intercambio, los cuestionarios con preguntas abiertas y cerradas previstos para la investigacin y la observacin participante en los espacios productivos, confeccionamos el diagnstico y se realiz una caracterizacin social de los productores insertados en el estudio, los datos obtenidos se procesaron a travs de una distribucin de frecuencia, se utiliz el Programa Estadstico SPSS, para la interpretacin, se emple un anlisis de componentes principales, partiendo de una matriz de correlaciones paramtricas estandarizadas entre las ocho variables analizadas. Por primera vez en Cuba, se realiza la capacitacin terica y prctica con campesinos y productores de la localidad.
