Fogosa como un caballo o inalcanzable como una estatua del parque, Lucrcia Neves, sobre los tacones de sus botines, a veces andaba entre el equilibrio y el desequilibrio, otras se enderezaba sin moverse para no desmoronarse. Pero So Geraldo la asfixiaba. La inevitable modernizacin de la ciudad sirve de metfora a la subterrnea e inexorable transformacin de la mujer.
