La prsente tude sy attelle donc en dmontrant travers lanalyse du rle et de limpact des ONG, leur contribution la judiciarisation de la socit internationale, la collectivisation de la justice internationale et sa communautarisation. L'auteure explore tour tour l'influence des O.N.G. sur la cration des juridictions et quasijuridictions internationales, l'volution de leur participation aux travaux des juridictions, ainsi que leur impact sur l'apparition de nouvelles valeurs dans l'arne judiciaire. L'auteur s'intresse aussi l'appropriation de la fonction judiciaire par les tribunaux ONG. Se faisant, ce travail sinscrit dans une approche sociologique du droit et emprunte une vision systmique de la socit internationale.
