L'adquation la fonction constitutionnelle de garant, du mode d'lection de 1962, du quinquennat et de la responsabilit parlementaire du prsident se pose, au regard de la pertinence, quant la cohrence de la fonction prsidentielle, du septennat, du mode d'lection de 1958 et de la nonresponsabilit.
