Una seguridad que conlleva a la cooperacin desigual, como es el caso de la Iniciativa Mrida, entre Mxico y Estados Unidos y que conlleva lgicas de poder y decisiones en materia de poltica exterior que giran en torno a la seguridad de Estados Unidos, ms que a sus socios del TLCAN.
