Quant la Commission europenne, elle n'a rien impos et ne peut rien imposer l'Etat franais: ni le dmantlement du service public, ni la privatisation des entreprises, ni l'ouverture commerciale.L'organisation de l'Europe n'affaiblit pas notre souveraint conomique mais, au contraire, la renforce: elle donne la France pour partenaires privilgis des pays qui partagent le mme modle conomique et social; elle lui garantit le respect par tous d'une norme commune; elle lui procure les moyens de marquer les rgles du commerce mondial. Bref, elle lui offre des atouts que, seule la France n'aurait pas.
